KAYLA JO

 Kayla Jo grew up near New York City in Westchester, NY and discovered her love of makeup at an early age. With dress-up being her favorite activity, she developed a fascination in how makeup could transform the face and mood. Coming from an artistic family she was encouraged to experiment with color, design and self expression.

 

 Later she went to cosmetology school receiving her license, and from there to Toronto to study makeup artistry at CMU College of Makeup Art and Design. She is now living and working in New York City and specializes in moving and still shoots such as commercials, beauty, print, television, bridal and special occasion.

 Kayla is a cosmetics consultant as well and product developer for Boom By Cindy Joseph. She loves helping companies bring to life innovative ideas in the green beauty space.
